How to Use This Calculator
Step 1: Understand the Perk
The Ricochet perk increases your chance to deflect incoming ranged attacks based on your Luck (LCK). When you deflect an attack, you reflect 100% of the damage back to the attacker and take 50% less damage. Wearing Heavy Armor or Power Armor boosts your deflect chance by 50%.
Step 2: Review the Graphs
There are two graphs showing how Luck affects your deflect chance:
Base Deflect Chance: This graph shows your normal chance to deflect attacks based on Luck.
Heavy & Power Armor Deflect Chance: This graph shows the increased deflect chance when wearing Heavy Armor or Power Armor.
Step 3: Explore the Table
The table below shows how your Luck affects deflect chance:
Luck Points: Your Luck, ranging from 1 to 100.
Base Deflect Chance %: The standard chance to deflect ranged attacks.
Deflect Chance with Heavy & Power Armor %: The boosted chance when wearing either Heavy Armor or Power Armor.
A soft cap is marked at Luck 30, where further increases in Luck provide smaller boosts to deflect chance.
