This guide is broken up into the following sections:
The event
Circuit Breaker spawn locations
Rewards
Safe & Sound is part of the Once in a Blue Moon DLC that drops in June 2023.
This event will be permanently added to the Public Event list.
A notification will appear in the top left-hand corner of your screen and in the World Activity tab in the bottom left-hand corner.
As with all new events, Safe and Sound will be one of two events that can run on the hour, every hour for the first two weeks after the patch.
You do not "need" any particular items or equipment for this event however the following is recommended to make the event a little bit easier:
Jetpack torso mod
Marsupial mutation
Speed Demon mutation
Damage output buffs such as food, chems, and alcohol
Max AP and AP Regen food buffs
Turn off all unrelated event and quest map markers in your pip-boy
This event can be solo'ed providing you run a combat build.
The Event
You have 7 mins to speak to Vera and start the event.
Vera will ask you to kill the critters that have taken over Middle Mountain Pit Stop
There are 4 areas that you need to kill and clear the critters from. You have 6 minutes to complete this task or the event will fail.
Area 1: Kill the 3 Wolves at the General Store
Area 2: Kill the Honeybeast and 3 Beeswarms at the Boozin Brahmin
Area 3: Kill the 2 Yao Guai's at the Sleep Stop
Area 4: Kill the 3 Radscorpions in the middle area of the three cabins
The area search bar on your HUD will change to map markers when three enemies are left.
Once you have killed all the critters, Vera will ask you to find and repair six Circuit Breakers.
You have 4.30 minutes to locate the Circuit Breakers. As you repair them, you will receive a mix of circuits, loose gears, loose screws, raw rubber, and loose springs.
If you are running this event solo then I recommend fixing the circuit breakers in the following order:
Circuit Breaker 1
Can be found on the roof of the General Store. If you do not have a jet pack, there are stairs at the back of the cabin.
Circuit Breaker 2
Staying on the rooftop, turn around and follow the bridge South. Keep heading South until you cross the second wooden bridge. The circuit breaker is on the fence on your left.
Circuit Breaker 3
Turn West and follow the rooftop along until you get to the Sleeping Quarters cabin. The Circuit Breaker is on the roof.
Circuit Breaker 4
Jump down to ground level and head inside the Boozin Brahmin cabin. The circuit breaker is against the back wall, near the bar.
Circuit Breaker 5
In the middle of the cabins, on the Main Tower Repeller.
Circuit Breaker 6
Face NW from the Main Tower Repeller and head over to the blue trailer. The circuit breaker is on the tower at the Western end.
The area search bar on your HUD will change to map markers when there are 2 circuit breakers left to repair.
Once you have repaired all the circuit breakers, you must defend the "Main Tower Repeller" against 3 waves. Any enemies left alive at the end of each wave will insta-die.
If the Main Tower Repeller breaks then the event will fail.
Wave 1 length: 1 minute
Wave 2 length: 1 minute
Wave 3 length: 2.5 minutes
Break between waves: 20 seconds
Enemies:
Honeybeasts and Bee Swarms
Floaters
Yai Gaui's
Radtoads
Wolves
Radscorpions
At the end of the third wave, the Blue Devil will spawn.
The Blue Devil has an attack similar to Earl during a Colossal Problem and will send you screaming in a different direction. Liquid Courage will cancel out this attack.
Once the Blue Devil is destroyed then the event will end.
The Blue Devil will always spawn as a Legendary and drops the following upon death:
Legendary weapon or armour
Dog Meat
Wolf Meat
Bone scrap
Acid scrap
Gunpowder
Adhesive

Hi, I'm Kat or Duchess
I'm an Australian data miner who writes farming, event, and food buff guides for Fallout 76.
I believe that all knowledge and information should be free, which is why my guides will never be locked behind a paywall. However, running a website and photo and video editing software does not come cheaply.
So, If you found my guides helpful, please consider buying me a ko-fi (coffee) using the link below.
All monies go towards the tools for writing my guides and maybe for an actual cup of coffee or 3 ;)
Alternatively, share my guides with your fellow vault dwellers and help them to survive the wasteland.
