The Inspirational perk increases the amount of experience points (XP) gained while on a team, scaling based on Charisma (CHR). The XP bonus follows a curve where a higher CHR grants more XP, but the scaling slows down past a certain point.

A steady increase in XP percentage gained up to CHR 60.
Diminishing returns beyond CHR 60, where additional Charisma provides less benefit.
