Mounted Head Ashta
Cheyenne System/Akila/Akila City
You will need to complete three quests in order to unlock this plan.
The first quest, Defensive Measures, can be started by walking past the Akila Guard Barracks during the day and overhearing an argument between Davis and Keoni.
The quest will then pop up on the top left-hand corner of your screen. Go to your missions menu, make the mission active, and follow the prompts and map markers.
The next quest is False Positives. This quest will start as soon as you have completed Defensive Measures.
The easiest way to complete the first part of this mission is to find a chair and wait 24 hours.
Follow the prompts and map markers to complete the rest of the mission.
If you are struggling to defeat the Ashta, then change the game difficulty to easy, use a jetpack to jump a lot, and/or bring a lot of Med/Trauma/Emergency packs.
The last quest to complete is Leader of the Pack.
Again, find a chair and wait 24 hours.
Follow the prompts and map markers to complete the rest of the mission.
There is a bit of a fight with a large creature at the end so prepare accordingly.
If you are struggling to defeat the Ashta, then change the game difficulty to easy, use a jetpack to jump a lot, and/or bring a lot of Med/Trauma/Emergency packs.
At the end of the quest, you will rewarded with the Mounted Head Ashta plan.
as well as a unique decent sniper rifle, the Despondent Assassin.

Hi, I'm Kat or Duchess
I'm an Australian data miner who writes farming, event, and food buff guides for Fallout 76 and Starfield.
I believe that all knowledge and information should be free, which is why my guides will never be locked behind a paywall. However, running a website and photo and video editing software does not come cheaply.
So, If you found my guides helpful, please consider buying me a ko-fi (coffee) using the link below.
All monies go towards the tools for writing my guides and maybe for an actual cup of coffee or 3 ;)
Alternatively, share my guides with your fellow space dwellers and help them to survive the Starfield.
