Glowing Bobbleheads are identical to normal Bobbleheads but come in a glowing variant.
There is a 10% chance to obtain a Glowing Bobblehead from Mystery Bobblehead Boxes, with a 0.5% chance for a specific glowing bobblehead. Additionally, they have a less than 1% chance of appearing in the open world or as drops from Large Holiday Gift Boxes.
Glowing Bobbleheads can not be used to craft Legendary Mod Boxes.
