Ghoulvolution - Glow Meter Explained
These perk cards will only unlock once you have turned into a Ghoul, and you will lose access to them if you revert back to being human.
When you become a Ghoul, any Human-only Perk Cards and Legendary Perk Cards will automatically unequip and become locked.
The game will clearly indicate which perk cards are locked and which ones remain available after your transformation.

If you are a Ghoul, you can share Ghoul perk cards like normal, but the effects won't apply to any Humans on your team. This also works the other way, if you are a Human and share Human-only perk cards, the effects will not be applied to any Ghouls on your team.

With each kill, this perk restores your health and refills your Feral Meter, reducing your feral state while replenishing your standard health bar.

Rank 2: On kills, restore 4 HP and fill your Feral Meter by 3% (120 points).
Rank 3: On kills, restore 6 HP and fill your Feral Meter by 4% (150 points).
Rank 4: On kills, restore 8 HP and fill your Feral Meter by 5% (180 points).
Note:
Your Feral Meter has a total of 7200 points.
This perk does NOT refill your Glow Meter—it only restores your normal HP.

Note: This perk is useful for Ghouls who want to maintain a high Glow level while wearing high Rad Resistance armor such as Secret Service or Marine armor. By reducing your radiation resistance, you can absorb more radiation.
