From the spawn-in location, run forward and stop at the front of the rusty van. Turn north, and you will see two large pipes sticking out of the wall in the distance on your left. Run, jump, or jetpack over to the last pipe that has a hole cut out of the top. Jump down the hole and enter the pipe. Turn west and follow the pipe to the end. Turn south, then west, and follow the stairs to the top. Continue to follow the path and the stairs up until you can't go any higher in the building. On the top level, look for the large missing piece of the catwalk and drop down one level. Facing west, there should be a metal drum and a large grey pipe in front of you.
