How to Use This Calculator
Step 1: Understand the Perk
This calculator covers four Luck-based perk cards: Can Do!, Cap Collector, Pharma Farmer, and Scrounger. Each perk increases the chance of finding extra items in containers based on your Luck (LCK). The primary roll determines the base chance, while a second roll provides a separate chance to receive bonus items.
Can Do!:Â Increases the chance of finding extra packaged food in containers.
Cap Collector:Â Increases the chance of finding extra caps when looting.
Pharma Farmer:Â Increases the chance of finding extra chems when looting.
Scrounger:Â Increases the chance of finding extra ballistic or energy ammo.
Step 2: Review the Graph
Each graph visualizes how the chances scale with Luck, showing:
A steady increase in the chance of obtaining extra items for each perk.
The second roll’s probability for bonus items, which follows a flat step increase from 20% to 85% based on Luck.
Step 3: Explore the Table
The table provides:
The base chance to get extra items for each perk card, based on Luck levels from 1 to 100.
The second roll’s probability for bonus items, scaling from 20% to 85% with Luck.
The soft cap at LCK 60, highlighted in blue, indicating where scaling slows down.
