There is one fixed spawn for 2 Lesser Devils during Tax Evasion
From the Veribird, turn and face South.
Jump off the edge of the platform to the ground level.
Face South and follow the road to the end. Stop when you get to the bus and jump on top of it.
Face South and you should see a set of stairs in front of you.
Walk over and follow the stairs to the top.
At the top of the stairs, face East and use the Nuka Cola sign to get over to the next platform.
Face South and walk behind the circular structure and the Lesser Devils will spawn.

Ingram Mansion has been closed up and will be re-opening in 2024 as a nightclub. The Mothman Eggs at that location have been removed.
The remaining locations have NPCs and a bit of lore but are there mostly to introduce new players to the different factions in Appalachia.

Fast Travel to the Forest region and a quest will pop up on your screen.
Fast Travel to the Gilman Lumber Mill.
Follow the map markers and speak to Lane.
Lane will give you one of the below tasks to complete.
Collect items to craft a Care Package and deliver it to a location nearby
Collect meat from the Responder's traps and return it to Lane
Collect artifacts from the Cult of the Mothman caves and return them to Lane
You will be given one of these three tasks to complete every time you return for the daily.
These quests are well-marked and can be completed quickly, using the map markers.
