**SUBJECT TO CHANGE PORTING TO LIVE SERVERS**
Defend Atlantic City from Mother Nature's wrath.
If you have run expeditions as a team leader in the past, then to start the new expeditions, you can head over to Atlantic City via your map as usual.
If you started an expedition and didn't finish it. Open up the expo screen on the map, select Current Expedition, and then Resume Expedition.
If you have not run expeditions before, please refer to the Whitesprings Refuge quest guide here and a rundown of expeditions game mechanics here.
The Human Condition (Mission 3)
The screen to select an expo will change in the Atlantic City part 2 patch (March 2024).
You will need to select:
Flooded City Center - The Human Condition Expo.
Casino Quarter - Tax Evasion Expo.
Boardwalk - The Most Sensational Game Expo.
Select
Start New Expedition - to start an expo.
Travel to District - to explore unhindered.
You will need:
Friendly Fire
You will be required to keep an NPC alive during one of the tasks. It's highly recommended that at least one teammate run the Friendly Fire perk card.
A list of weapons that work with Friendly Fire:
Damage Output
The Overgrown are tanky enemies that hit hard. Their attacks and defenses include Group Healing and AP Draining. The Overgrown have a low fire resistance so weapons such as the FlamerThrower and the Enclave Flamer will be the most effective weapon during this expedition.
If you are struggling to destroy the Overgrown, kill the Overgrown Pollinators first as they heal the Overgrown Elders and Overgrown Thorns.
Poison Resistance
Poison Resistance will reduce the effects of the Danger Cloud (AP Draining) attacks from The Overgrown. Look at running the Legendary perk card Funky Duds, Legendary armour stat +25 Poison Resistance or Poison Resistance food buffs.
Radiation Resistance
The water gives Radiation. It's not life threatened but if you don't keep an eye on your rads, it can catch up with you.
Buffs
There are a lot of enemies and a lot of running in this expo. Look at using buffs that boost your Agility and AP bar so you can run and VATS for longer.
For more information on food buffs, head over to this guide here.

Introduction
Wipe out the Overgrown and Save the Auditors from the onslaught.
Once you load into the expo, follow the area search marker on your HUD to City Hall.
Destroy the Overgrown before they kill all the Muni.
This is an additional objective so you need to keep at least one Muni alive.
Follow the map marker on your HUD and enter City Hall.
Speak to Mayor Tim and he will give you your next task.
Before you leave City Hall, follow the map marker on your HUD, head upstairs, and speak to Buttercup.
Buttercup will task you with the additional objectives:
Guides for the Lost Dossiers and Security Camera Footage.
Part 1
Mayor Tim will task you with one of the following:
Defend NPC
Find and protect the Muni Electrician.
OR
Gather and Deposit
Find the lost medical supplies
OR
Carry and Throw
Gather water to throw and put out the fire.
Defend NPC
Find and protect the Muni Electrician.
You may need to equip the Friendly Fire perk card for this task if the Electrician takes too much damage at once.
The Electrician slowly heals between Power Towers and can be revived if they are downed.
Follow the map marker on your HUD to locate the Electrician.
Speak to the electrician to start the task.
Keep the electrician alive as they repair three power towers.
Once the electrician has finished, Mayor Tim will ask you to head over to the Community Center for your next task.
Gather and Deposit
Find the lost medical supplies
There are 10 possible spawn locations for the Medical Supplies, with all 10 spawning per expedition.
Follow the area search marker on your HUD to the Shopping District.
There are a LOT of Overgrown in this section so be prepared.
Once you enter the Shopping District, follow the area search markers on your HUD to find the medical supplies.
The medical supplies are fairly hard to find, even if you know what you are looking for because they blend in and fit the scene too well.
A full guide with locations can be found here.
Once you have collected all 5 Medical Supplies, follow the map marker on your HUD.
Put the Medical Supplies in the metal box, in the little tent camp.
Mayor Tim will ask you to head over to the Community Center for your next task.
Carry and Throw
Gather water to throw and put out the fire.
Follow the map marker in your HUD to the Fire Hydrant.
Interact with the Fire Hydrant to collect water.
Follow the map marker on your HUD to the fire, aim for the base of the fire, and throw the bucket of water like a Grenade.
Repeat this task three times to put out all the fires.
Mayor Tim will ask you to head over to the Community Center for your next task.

The terminals can be unlocked in any order, by both the Team Leader and Teammates.
Follow the area search marker on your HUD to activate the defense system from the first terminal.
Follow the area search marker on your HUD to activate the defense system from the second terminal.

All 3 will spawn at the same time and they can be collected in any order, by both the Team Leader and Teammates.
Follow the area search map markers on your HUD to locate the Muni Supplies. When you get close enough to the supplies, a signal strength bar will appear on the top right of your screen.

Locate the Muni Supplies in the Swimming Pool
Locate the Muni Supplies in the Collapsed Gymnasium

Loot the body for the master key. The key can be collected by both the team leader and teammates.
Follow the map markers on your HUD to find and free the trapped Munis.
Both the team leader and teammates can unlock the doors.
The End
Fight through the flooded city.
Follow the map marker to the town center. You can ignore and tank any enemies while running through the city.
Destroy the Sporemaster.
Try and kill the Sporemaster within 10 seconds of it spawning. Multiple Overgrown Pollinators will spawn after 10 seconds, which can make it difficult to destroy the Sporemaster as they will heal him.
Return to City Hall to report back to Tim.
I suggest clearing any enemies that you come across while heading back to City Hall as they can argo with you and attack you while you are trying to speak to Tim.
Speak to Mayor Tim.
You do not need to speak to Buttercup to return the Lost Dossiers and Security Camera Footage anymore.
Go straight to the Vertibird after speaking with Mayor Tim. As long as you complete the additional objectives, you will receive the rewards like normal.
Return to the Vertibird and speak to Lennox to end the expo.
Additional Objectives:
Defended the Munis from the Overgrown
This is the fight at the start of the expo, as soon as you load in. You will need to run from the Vertibird to the City Hall to defend the Munis in time.
Collected Buttercup's Dossiers
These only spawn in the Community Center. I have a guide for all spawn locations here.
Found the Security Camera Footage
These only spawn in the Community Center. I have a guide for all spawn locations here.
Keep in mind, that you get better rewards if you do all the additional objectives, and for the most part, you walk past them anyway when you are doing the main mission.
